The Port Royal Hotel Russian Tavern serves all freshly cooked local

produce to recipes and menus carefully researched from the Tsarist

kitchen archives in St. Petersburg. The Russian cuisine is

complimented by local real ales served direct from the casks. There is

a house-wine from Vaucluse in France at £5 a bottle, and the Grand

Vin from Molodovia: Legenda Merlot, "The wine of the The Tzars."

Cask cider, authentic soft drinks, German draught lager, Russian

bottled beers and a fine range of imported vodkas complete the

illusion of a recreated Russian Tavern of 150 years ago. There are

regular performances by visiting Russian musicians.
